Where is FlowUnik based?
We are based in France and work with European, English and American companies!
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to most countries. However, due to restrictions imposed by some carriers, we are unable to ship to some countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Paraguay, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Saudi Arabia.
We are constantly working to expand our delivery reach.
Will my order be affected by Brexit?
Deliveries to the UK will not be affected. For orders to the EU under €150, no changes are expected. For orders over €150, import charges may apply.
What is your processing time?
Typically we print and ship your item within 2 business days. However, this delay may extend during busy periods.
Is the payment secured ?
We use Stripe Payments, Paypal, to ensure 100% secure transactions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team will be happy to help you resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After a period of 2 to 3 days needed to print your item on demand, delivery times are as follows:
3-10 working days for France (depending on products)
3-10 working days for Europe (depending on products)
7-12 working days to the UK (depending on products)
5-7 business days for the United States (depending on products)
5 to 15 working days for the rest of the world (depending on products)

What is your return policy ?
As part of our zero waste policy, we print each item on demand. We therefore encourage our customers to consult our size/measurement guides to ensure they choose the correct size. If necessary, our team is available to advise you.
